Environmental Public Health Tracking Partnerships

National Organizations

The Tracking Program partners with the following national organizations. Activities include

  • Increasing awareness of environmental public health tracking
  • strengthening environmental public health capacity and competencies at the national, state, and local levels
  • expanding use and dissemination of tracking data to inform public health decision-making
  • supporting workforce development through training and fellowship opportunities

Federal Agencies

The Tracking Program partners with other federal agencies to collaborate on scientific research of the health effects of environmental hazards, to coordinate activities to address environmental health disparities, and to share data and knowledge to improve public health.

  • advance data sharing and dissemination by developing and using repeatable, shareable tools and processes
  • prepare for and respond to emergencies and environmental public health threats
  • enhance data science knowledge and skills
  • address health disparities
